You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional. All products are sold strictly For Research Use Only (RUO).
3. Not for human or animal use
Products are NOT drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and may not be administered to humans or animals.
4. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days for replacement.
6. Limitation of liability
Bulktides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of products. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bulktides operates.
