Processing & delivery

Most orders ship within 3–5 days from the order date. Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as the label is created.

We ship every order via regular ground shipping for a flat $10 per kit. No other shipping methods are available right now.

All peptide kits ship in insulated packaging with ice packs to preserve stability during transit.

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account order history.

We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.

Report any lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments within 7 days of the delivery date for a replacement.
